Enigma

I caught a mysterious face in the clouds this afternoon. It was amazing to see how well-formed his eyes and face were even before I began painting. I haven't quite figured this fellow out. I'd love to hear your thoughts on the matter. (grin)

Below is the original cloud formation I caught on camera.

He looks like some kind of shaman. Not quite Native American, but not quite druidic (is that a word?) either. I like his expression a lot!

I see an expression of great concern and benevolence.
Another great cloud, Beth.

He is well named - "Enigma". Very majestic, very ethereal, very well spotted!

Very odd, root and branch. Makes me think of Treebeard.

I'm an Oregon native, now transplanted to SoCal. I noticed you are in Oregon too.

Hello, came to see your mug but looked at your art instead. Very nice indeed and the face in the clouds is wonderful. I love his eyes. He looks benign to me.

He is the Cloud Master come to check out the crazy earthling who spends so much time ogling his subjects, and who is, at this very moment pointing her weapon at him. Gadzooks!

Oh, my! I was merely trying to figure out whose foot I was looking at. Such a lovely big toe! :)

He could be Neptune... perhaps taking a break from the bottom of the sea...

What wonderful vision you have! I love to look at the clouds too and people think I'm nuts when I say "doesn't that cloud look like a horse pounding down on us" people need to stop and slow down and they would be amazed at what they see! Only a true artist such as yourself could see what others cannot. That's why I love artists always seeing the beauty in all things. Pearl
