I love how this graphite drawing turned out.  There's something so vulnerable, so dear about this little fairy--I just want to hug her.

Above you see my original photo.  The camera loves this girl.  I can't explain it--magic happens when I take her picture.  She is a wonderful person.  It is an honor to be her friend.

Snuggle Bug

Monday, while my husband was having a biopsy done I sketched this little darling from an advertisement I found in the waiting room.  I find when I am uneasy or a little worried I doodle--somehow it makes whatever is happening a little easier to bear.
