Girl of the Waterfall -Guest Heart Thursday
Here is another doodle from a few nights ago. I couldn't sleep, so found myself sketching--not quite knowing what would show up on the page. This lovely young woman looks a lot like our darling Mumsie when she was young. Mom still retains that whimsical personality. Sometimes it is like we are sisters instead of Mom and daughter. I enjoy being with her so much.
Of course, there are hearts hidden through this drawing. Have a lovely day everyone!

Your (ahem!) "doodle" is beautiful, sissie. But why is she so sad? Or is she just pensive??? Perhaps she's waiting for Mr. Wonderful to get her out of the tree?
ah, this is wonderfully charming. i love all the details... and to put her in a tree, well i love that!
Wow...you call this doodle? This is almost a masterpiece! Do you draw for books, Beth? If not, I think you should! I would love to read a story book with drawings by you.
(Shhh...that's a secret. I'm mid-20 but I still love children's books.)
