Angel Naptime

The littlest angel has been very naughty. He knocked over the golden candlesticks, lost his halo, and pulled out an eagle's tail feathers in passing. He even tripped the mighty angel Gabriel, who fell end over tea kettle, to land head first in the great river flowing from the golden throne. So now the small, wayward one has been sent to bed early.

Can you find him?

When people study this "Cloud Painting," they often see many different things. One young boy saw a bearded man, other folks have pointed out various children's faces, and one lady saw, of all things, a mouse! What do you see? Can you find him? I'm sure he must have a sprinkling of freckles across his nose. There is something about that pouty little-boy face, which would tug at any Mom's heartstrings.

Yes, I see the pouty-faced little angel sleeping in his puffy cloudy bed! He does not look at all sorry about what he did either! I absolutely love this, sissy. One of my favorite cloud paintings!

I have to admit I'm having a hard time with this one. It could be the headache. Grrr.

I'm seeing a hand puppet - the kind you make when you close up your hand and have the "voice" come out of the gap between your thumb and fist. Surely there's a name for that!
