I have been so very busy this week. I decided to feature one of my more simple birch bark doodles.
Just for fun I'm also including this pen and ink of an old tractor. It was a Christmas gift for my sweet Papa. Enjoy!
Have a happy weekend, sweet Friends. Thank you for dropping by--your comments put a lot of joy in my heart. Happy Paint Party Friday!

sweet doodle- and on birch bark too! Happy belated PPF Beth. Enjoy the week ahead!
beautiful use of birch bark. Love it :)
I rarely find bark like the one you have. It is either very thin or much thicker then yours.
Simple, but sweet and beautiful, love the birch bark. Have a great week, hugs, Valerie
how syncronous... I just found my birch barks from Lake Placid... all the way here in Colorado now. I did a similar themed piece in fabric, a young woman, a big tree, and my haiku. I'll send you a link if I can find the post with a picture. Yours is touching, pulls at my heartstrings. Nature, sensitive.
I love the way you incorporated the natural textures of the birch bark into your sweet drawing. Thanks for your visit to my blog. Happy belated PPF!
very old school paper :)
Beautiful doodle!
Oh so creative Beth... I love your bark painting. Those little textures that run throughout it are gorgeous. A true use of what nature has gifted us. Happy PPF xx
This is really cute. And you sketched it on birch bark? Amazing!
