Taking a Ride on a Sharp Shinned Hawk

When I look at Abraham Lincoln's photos on his Bird Blog, I am transported to another place. My artistic reference for this wonderful, fierce bird came from his blog entry.   Here's the link:  Abraham Lincoln I hope all of you get a chance to visit.

Abe, your photos are just wonderful--I thank you for your inspiring work.

This is the "first" time I have come here. I should have come here instead of going to your other blog where I have been going.

I skipped through the posts and now will have to come back here to have a look.

I really like what you did with the hawk picture. I like your style and the characters.

You are welcome to use the hawk or other photos to translate into drawings. Thanks for asking and for telling me what you have been up to.

How clever you are Beth to transform the real bird, like the clouds, into a character from story tales, a hawk who rescues children.

Can you imagine being transported like this? Metaphorically I'm all game. I'm afraid if it were real I would need a diaper.

Beautiful image, Beth.
Thanks for listening to me.
