Finding Balance -Paint Party Friday

This is a pen and ink I just finished this morning.  It is called Finding Balance, because that is a big part of my life right now.  It isn't easy to find balance in life without the love of one's life.  Other widows tell me soon I will find a "new normal."  I think it might be awhile for me.  I thank the Lord for His Presence in my life.  He is here with me, walking with me.  When I stumble, He holds my hand.

As I learn to balance this new life--I can express my heart and feelings through my drawings and I have the wonderful opportunity to share them here with you.

Happy Paint Party Friday, dear Friends.  May God bless you!  Have a lovely weekend and thank you for dropping by.  ((hugs))

What a gorgeous image! On of my favorites of yours! Balance can be difficult and you're going through so much, it is wonderful that you create such beauty.

This is wonderful, Beth. The scrolls around the frame remind me of treble clefs. Perhaps you are finding your balance as you worship God. Warm hugs, Teresa

this is another enchanting image Beth. I truly can see this as a coloring page in this ever so popular trend right now. if you would have any interest you should look into Stampington and Co.'s website under submissions. They are looking to put out a second coloring book and are looking for art:)I think your drawings would be perfect. Balance, that is the word that has found me for my one word this year. Blessings and hugs to you.

Beautiful that you can put your heart into your illustrations! Glad you are sharing your struggles!! I think this is all part of the healing... give yourself time. It's a slow process...always be kind to yourself..I loved that you were doing that book. All those new adventures help you to find balance... but doing what you love and need now is most important. There will always be time for balance!!

Big Hugs

Sorry to hear you've lost your love here in the physical plane, but know they are still here, just not in a physical way. I'm sure you will discover that when you are in a certain peaceful loving mindset, you will feel their presence. Blessings to you. I love your drawing.

Hello sister,
I am enjoying your blog. there is so much here that it will take a awhile to experience it all. You are an amazing woman of God. your love for God's creation both nature and people is a beautiful blessing. I am so thankful for you and pray our kindred spirits, grow in Him as He has grown us together in so many kindred ways. God is the author and artist of our faith and our love for Him is the paint He uses to share that love with others. Blessings and hugs, Wendy
