This is my first attempt at using the computer in my art. First I did a pen and ink drawing, then scanned it into the computer where I added the stars and color.

It is not nearly as sophisticated as what I have learned to do since, but there is a certain lovely simplicity about this drawing which speaks to me. It is whimsical, both in simplicity and title. Touch Not the Elf is one of my favorites, and I am very happy to share her with you.
It is the simplicity of the picture that draws in the viewer! Lovely, sissie.

ReplyDeleteAlso, I see a male elf in that cloud picture in your sidebar. He's wearing a hat that looks like the top of a Buddhist temple. His eyes are looking up at the clouds, and he has a gray beard.
