Little Cloud Pal

This shaggy little fellow is one of my first Cloud Paintings. He has such a winsome personality. My camera caught him mid-bounce! I love the way he seems to want to play and the laughing adoration in his eyes. What a dear little cloud pal!

My paintbrush was a computer mouse--a rather awkward brush to be sure! It took me a couple of days to finish painting him. Today, with my wireless paintbrush, what once would have once taken days, I can accomplish in half that time! What a blessing!

He is absolutely adorable! Thank you, again, for showing the original photo -- Because I can definitely see what you saw!

I just came back from picking up three more baby squirrels. And because of you, for the first time, I looked up in the sky and saw a cloud-angel! Believe it or not, she had a heart for a head! (Must have been from Clytie!) Beautiful outstretched arms, long white dress. I did have my camera but she was moving so quickly and was so obscured by wires, I couldn't get a good picture. But your cloud pictures have taught me to see in a new way. Thanks!

PS I just came across your request to borrow the Swampy Cree Poem. . .don't know why I missed it before. Of course you can! It's in a book called The Wishing Bone Cycle that was taken down/translated by Howard Norman.

Beth YOU have such a creative eye. Love the little face you did on the clouds. THANK YOU SOOO MUCH FOR ALWAYS VISITING MY BLOGS.
The group picture you mentioned about which one was me, actually none of them are. But the younger woman in the goldish skirt is my sister. It is a group shot taken at my Dad's nursing home when he was there in the late 80's, he is the man in the wheel chair holding my niece. Guess I should have mentioned that on the posting.
Soooooooo how have you been ? Like always I hope terrific.
Love your art work and the dear friend you are to me !

Oooh so cute, you are so good!!
I can hardly wait until the 10th to see what you come up with.
It has been raining here most of the week too. Yesterday the giant double power pole by my house was struck by lighting. 5:30 a.m. Bright light - explosion and the poles lit up just like a glow sticks. It was cool I was up everyone else missed it.
